CES-to graduates will love Jesus and commit to a personal relationship with Him, as evidenced by:
- obeying Jesus in all that He commanded;
- possessing a reverent fear of God and a heart of gratitude toward Him;
- engaging in regular patterns of prayer, Bible reading, and other disciplines which nurture a growing relationship with God;
- distinguishing truth from error;
- desiring what is morally good and making ethical decisions in all areas of life;
- personally carrying out the Great Commission locally and around the world.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
CES-to graduates will be fully prepared for academic and vocational success at the highest levels, as evidenced by:
- being skilled in both English and Italian, reading, writing, listening, and critical thinking;
- demonstrating proficiency in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics;
- being skilled at questioning, analyzing, and problem-solving
- developing a love for learning and a mindset of curiosity, inquiry, discovery, and wonder;
- appreciating the beauty in the arts and understanding how they express and shape one’s beliefs and values.

STEWARDSHIP
CES-to graduates will become faithful caretakers of everything with which God has entrusted them, by:
- maintaining habits of healthy eating, physical activity, and rest;
- appreciating the natural environment and caring for it as stewards of God’s creation;
- developing and using their God-given talents, skills, and passions to their fullest extent;
- managing their finances, time, and other resources responsibly;
- making wise, purposeful, and well-moderated use of technology.
